At Iridescence Salon & Spa, our goal is to provide a relaxing, personalized experience from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re visiting for a salon service, massage, facial, nail appointment, or spa treatment, we’ve created this guide to help make your visit seamless and enjoyable.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know before your appointment.
Parking & Entrance

Our guest parking lot and main entrance are located behind the building and can be accessed from Beech Alley.

Beech Alley can be reached from either East Market Street or Ogontz Street.

Look for the driveway entrance between the garage and carriage house shown in the photos below.

After parking, follow the ramp to the porch, where you’ll find our main entrance.

Additional street parking is available along East Market Street and Ogontz Street.

Guests using street parking are welcome to enter through either our front entrance on Market Street or our rear entrance from the parking lot.

Your Appointment
When you arrive, simply check in with our front desk team and we’ll take care of the rest.
To help us provide the best possible experience, all guests complete a brief new client intake form before their appointment. Facial and massage services also include a short consultation form so your provider can customize your treatment to your needs, preferences, and comfort level.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork before your service begins.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be adjusted so we can remain on schedule for all guests.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment time to another guest.
Relax Before Your Service
Your experience starts the moment you arrive.
Guests visiting for hair and nail services are welcome to relax in our main-floor waiting area before their appointment.
Guests visiting for massage, facial, body treatment, lash, and other spa services are invited to begin their experience in our tranquil second-floor spa lounge, where they can enjoy a quiet moment before their appointment begins.
Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or water, settle in with a good book, or simply take a few moments to yourself before your appointment. You’re also welcome to bring your favorite beverage along if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

A Calm & Restorative Environment
At Iridescence Salon & Spa, every detail is designed to help you unwind, reset, and fully enjoy your time with us.
To protect that experience for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced or placed on do-not-disturb during your visit. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere where you can truly disconnect.
We also ask that children under the age of 12 are accompanied by an adult at all times. This ensures a safe, comfortable environment for all guests and allows our space to remain calm and restorative for everyone.
