Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for every guest and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask for the following:
Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to create a seamless, relaxing experience. Providing advance notice for any changes allows us to care for other guests and respect our team’s time.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. -
48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. -
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. -
Extended Appointments
Services longer than two hours require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for any cancellations or changes. -
Future Booking Policy
Two or more late cancellations or missed appointments within a year may require full prepayment to schedule future services. Continued occurrences may result in limited booking privileges.
